Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No. We bring our own equipment and products. If you prefer specific, unscented, or eco-friendly products in your home, leave them out and we will use those instead.

What is the difference between regular and deep cleaning?

Regular cleaning maintains a home: kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting, trash. Deep cleaning goes further into the details a regular visit skips, such as inside the microwave, grout lines, baseboards, window tracks, and behind furniture. Most recurring clients start with a deep clean and then keep it up with regular visits.

Do you clean on weekends?

Yes. Happy House Cleaning is open Monday through Sunday, 9 AM to 5 PM, so weekend appointments are available for homes and for offices that need cleaning outside business hours.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No. Many clients give us a key, a garage code, or a lockbox and go about their day. For a first visit we like a quick walkthrough with you, in person or by phone, so the checklist matches what you want.
